Josep Aguiló Regla es Catedrático de Filosofía del Derecho de la Universidad de Alicante, desde donde imparte docencia para toda América Latina en temas de argumentación jurídica, interpretación constitucional, independencia judicial, entre otros temas de su especialidad. Forma parte del Consejo Editor de la revista Doxa. Cuadernos de Filosofía del Derecho y es Coordinador Científico del Portal de Filosofía del Derecho «Doxa».
Entre sus publicaciones destacan; Sobre la derogación. Ensayo de dinámica jurídica (1995), Teoría general de las fuentes del Derecho y del orden jurídico (2000), La Constitución del Estado constitucional (2004), Fragmentos para una teoría de la Constitución (con M. Atienza y J. Ruiz Manero, 2007), Sobre Derecho y Argumentación (2008). No siempre las políticas, leyes y planes de ordenamiento en Colombia se ajustan a las necesidades de un gran número de comunidades que se encuentran en situación de vulnerabilidad frente a la salud, la educación y la seguridad. Ante este panorama, varias comunidades han generado respuestas locales que proponen nuevas formas de entender la organización económica, la sostenibilidad ambiental, y el bienestar territorial, ajustadas a las demandas de espacios inmersos en conflictos económicos, sociales y políticos. Construir la paz en condiciones adversas reúne seis capítulos que reflexionan sobre la satisfacción de los derechos civiles, políticos, territoriales, sociales y económicos en algunas regiones colombianas, a partir de procesos organizativos comunitarios que permiten unir la teoría con la práctica.

Аналитический доклад подготовлен в феврале 2021 г. к годовщине объявления Всемирной организацией здравоохранения пандемии новой коронавирусной инфекции COVID-19. В нем рассматривается влияние пандемии на социальную сферу, экономику и систему государственного управления в Российской Федерации. Представлены результаты двух масштабных социологических исследований, отражающих динамику отношения населения к пандемии и изменения социального самочувствия, оценку последствий пандемии для отрасли образования, некоммерческого сектора и волонтерства. Sustainable Futures
Long before the pandemic, economies across the world were in trouble, with growth slowing across the board. This downturn coincided with growing inequality and social exclusion. Rising political dissatisfaction with ruling elites fuelled the rise of populism. Add to this the alarming environmental emergency and few can deny we live in a time of multiple sustainability crises. While this conclusion can lead to despair, in this broad-ranging book Raphael Kaplinsky, a leading development policy analyst, argues that the future is not necessarily bleak. Interrogating the causes and nature of the systemic crises we are living through, he shows how the challenges which we now face mirror previous historical epochs, in which dominant ‘techno-economic’ paradigms flourish, mature and run into crisis. In each case, decisive action is required to move to a more economically and socially sustainable world. In our time, we are witnessing the exhaustion of the Mass Production paradigm.
