      3/4 oz Dark Creme de Cacao

      3/4 oz Banana Liqueur

      Fill with hot black coffee.

      Fill a serving glass with ice.

      2 oz Dark Rum.

      Fill with equal parts crenberry and orange juice.

      CARIBBEAN SCREW

      Fill a tall glass with ice.

      3/4 oz Coconut Rum

      3/4 oz Banana Liqueur

      3/4 oz Peach Schnapps

      Fill with equal parts milk, orange and pineapple juice.

      Shake.

      CARIBBEAN SCREW WITH SUNBURN

      Fill a tall glass with ice.

      3/4 oz Dark Rum

      3/4 oz Light Rum

      3/4 oz Coconut Rum

      Dash of Grenadine

      Fill with orange juice.

      Shake.

      Garnish with lime.

      CARIBBEAN SURFER

      Fill a serving glass with ice.

      1 1/2 oz Coconut Rum

      1/2 oz Banana Liqueur

      Fill with pineapple juice.

      Shake.

      Garnish with cherry.

      CARIBOU SCREW

      Fill a serving glass with ice.

      2 oz Yukon Jack or Bourbon

      Fill with orange juice.

      CARROL COCTAIL

      Fill a mixing glass with ice.

      1 1/2 oz Brandy

      3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth

      Stir.

      Strain into chilled glass.

      Garnish with cherry.

      CARROT CAKE

      Fill a mixing glass with ice.

      1 oz Irish Cream

      1 oz Coffee Liqueur

      1 oz Butterscotch Schnapps

      1/2 oz Cinnamon Schnapps

      Shake.

      Strain into chilled glass.

      CARTEL BUSTER (floater)

      1 oz Coffee Liqueur (bottom)

      1 oz Orange Liqueur

      1 oz Gold tequila (top)

      CASABLANCA

      In a mixing glass:

      1 tsp Sugar

      1 1/2 oz fresh Lime juice

      Muddle/Stir.

      Fill glass with ice.

      2 oz Rum

      1 1/2 oz Triple Sec

      1 1/2 oz Cherry Liqueur or

      Cherry Rum.

      Shake.

      Strain into chilled glass.

      Garnish with lime and cherry.

      CASINO COFFEE

      3/4 oz Amaretto

      3/4 oz Brandy

      3/4 oz Creme de Cacao

      Fill with hot black coffee.

      Top with whipped cream.

      Sprinkle with shaved almonds.

      CATALINA MARGARITA (smaller margarita glass)

      In a mixing glass:

      2 tsp Sugar

      2 oz fresh Lime Juice

      Muddle/Stir.

      Fill a glass with ice.

      1 1/2 oz Tequila

      Dash of Blue Curacao

      Dash of Peach Schnapps

      Shake.

      Serve or strain into smaller glass.

      Garnish with lime.

      CATFISH

      Fill a serving glass with ice.

      1 1/2 oz Rum

      1/2 oz Triple Sec

      Fill with cola.

      Garnish with lime.

      CELTIC COMRADE (floater)

      1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur (bottom)

      1/2 oz Irish Cream

      1/2 oz Vodka

      1/2 oz Drambuie (top)

      CEMENT MIXER

      Fill shot glass with Irish Cream

      Add Dash of sweetened Lime Juice (Let set 30 seconds).

      1/2 oz Triple Sec

      1 oz fresh Lemon Juice

      Shake.

      Save or strain into chilled glass.
