      3/4 with cola.

      CHERRY HOOKER

      Fill a serving glass with ice.

      2 oz Cherry Brandy

      Fill with orange juice

      Shake.

      Garnish with lime.

      CHERRY LIFE-SAVOR

      Fill a mixing glass with ice.

      2 oz Amaretto

      Fill with Crenberry Juice

      CHERRY MARTINI (martini glass)

      Fill a mixing glass with ice.

      3 1/2 oz Cherry Vodka or Vodka

      1/2 oz Cherry Brandy

      Dash of Cherry Juice

      Shake.

      Strain into chilled glass.

      Garnish with cherry.

      CHERRY PIE

      Fill a mixing glass with ice.

      1 oz Vodka or Vanilla or

      Cherry Vodka

      1/2 oz Brandy

      1/2 oz Cherry Brandy

      Stir.

      Strain into chilled glass.

      CHERRY SCREW

      Fill a serving glass with ice.

      2 oz Cherry Brandy

      Fill with orange juice.

      Shake.

      Garnish with orange and lime.

      CHERRY SMASH

      In a mixing glass:

      3 to 4 Brandied Cherries

      1/2 oz fresh Lemon Juice

      Muddle.

      Fill glass with ice.

      2 oz Cognac or Brandy

      1/2 oz Orange Liqueur

      1/2 oz Cherry Liqueur

      Shake.

      Strain into chilled glass.

      CHERRY TART

      Fill a mixing glass with ice.

      1 oz Bourbon

      1 oz Cherry Brandy

      1 oz Lemon Juice

      1 tsp Sugar

      Shake.

      Strain into chilled glass.

      CHI-CHI

      Fill a serving tall glass with ice.

      1 1/2 oz Rum

      1/2 oz Blackberry Brandy

      Fill with pineapple juice

      Shake.

      Garnish with pineapple.

      CHI-CHI (frozen)

      In blender:

      1/2 cup of ice.

      2 oz Vodka

      1/2 oz Blue Curacao

      1/2 oz Cream of Coconut

      1/2 cup fresh or canned pineapple

      Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream

      Blend untill smooth

      if too thick, add juice…

      if too thin, add ice or ice cream…

      CHICAGO (champagne flute)

      Fill a mixing glass with ice.

      1 1/2 oz Brandy

      Dash of Curacao or Triple Sec

      Dash of Angostura Bitters

      Shake.

      Strain into glass rimmed with sugar

      Fill with Champagne

      CHICKEN SHOT

      1 oz Vodka

      1 oz Chicken Bouillon

      Dash of Worcestershire Sauce

      Dash of Salt

      Dash of Pepper

      CHILES FRITOS

      Fill a serving tall glass with ice.

      2 oz Tequila

      Dash of fresh Lime Juice

      Dash of Celery Salt

      Dash of Tabasco Sauce

      Dash of Worcestershire Sauce

      Dash of Pepper

      Dash of Grenadine

      Dash of Orange Juice.

      Shake.

      Garnish with 2 chili peppers.

      CHILLING ON MY CARPET

      Fill a mixing glass with ice.

      1 oz Hazelnut Liqueur

      1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur

      1/2 oz Coconut Liqueur

      1 tsp Honey

      1/2 oz Cream

      Shake.

      Pour drink into short glass.

      Float 1/4 cream on top.

      Garnish with coffee beans.

      CHINA BEACH

      Fill serving glass with ice.

      1 oz Vodka

      1 oz Ginger Liqueur

      Fill with Crenberry Juice.

      Stir.

      CHINA BLUE MARTININ (martini glass)

      Fill a mixing glass with ice.

      Dash of Ginger Liqueur

      Dash of Blue Curacao

      3 1/2 oz Gin or Orange Gin

      Shake.

      Garnish with Ginger candy.

      CHINESE TORTURE

      1 1/2 oz Ginger Liqueur (bottom)

      1/2oz 151 proof Rum (top)

      Ignite.

      CHIQUITA

      Fill a serving glass of ice.

      1/2 oz Banana Liqueur

      1/2 oz ORANGE liqueur or Triple sec

      Fill with equal parts with orange juice and milk.

      Shake.

      CHOCOLATE BANANA FREEZE (frozen)

      In blender:

      1/2 cup of ice.

      1 oz Vodka

      1 oz Dark Creme de Cacao

      1/2 oz Banana Liqueur

      1 tbsp Chocolate Syrup

      1/2 fresh peeled ripe banana

      Scoop of Chocolate Ice Cream

      Blend until smooth.

      if too thick, add fruit or milk…

      if too thin, add ice or ice cream…

      Top with whipped cream.
