Irish Cream (bottom)

      1 oz IIrish Whiskey (top)

      BELLA DONNA

      2 tsp Sugar

      2 oz fresh Lemon Juice

      Fill mixing glass with ice.

      2 1/2 oz Dark Rum

      2 1/2 oz Amaretto

      Shake.

      Strain onto a chilled glass.

      BELLINI (champagne floute)

      In champagne floute:

      1 tbsp Pureed Peach

      Fill with champagne Prosecco

      BELLINI (frozen)

      In blender:

      1/2 oz cup of ice.

      1 oz Peach Liqueur

      4 oz Champagne

      1/2 cup of fresh skinless peaches or canned peaches or

      peach sorbet.

      Blend until smoth.

      Fill into CHAMPAGNE glass leaving 1 inch from top.

      Fill rest with champagne.

      Garnish with peach.

      BELLINI MARTINI (champagne glass)

      Fill mixing glass with ice.

      2 oz Vodka

      1/2 oz Peach Schnapps

      2 tbsp Pureed Peach or

      Peach Nectar

      Shake.

      Strain into a chilled glass. TOP WITH CHAMPAGNE.

      BELLY BUTTON SHOT

      Find an attractive desirablebelly button (inny).

      Ask permission to use it.

      If yes, lay owner of belly buttonon her back

      (totally nude, if possible).

      Fill belly button with favorite straight liquor or liqueur

      (be careful!!! Not to spil any or you will have to clean it with

      a rag or your tongue)

      Place lips over belly button and slurp out drink

      loudly as possible.

      Take turns and repeat process until interest change.

      BELMONT

      Fill a serving glass with ice.

      1 1/2 oz Gin

      1/2 oz Black Raspberry Liqueur

      Fill with milk or cream.

      Shake.

      BEND ME OVER

      Fill a mixing glass with ice.

      1 oz Vodka or 1/2 oz Vodka and

      1/2 oz Whisky

      1 oz Amaretto

      1 oz Sour Mix

      Shake.

      Strain into chileed glass.

      BENT NAIL

      Fill a short glass with ice.

      1 1/2 oz Canadian Whisky

      1/2 Drambuie

      Stir.

      BERMUDA TRIANGEL

      Fill a serving tall glass with ice.

      1 oz Spiced Rum

      1 oz Peach Schnapps

      Fill with orange juice.

      Shake.

      BERMUDA TRIANGEL 2

      Fill a mixing glass with ice.

      1 1/2 oz Vodka or Citrus Vodka

      Dash of Peach Schnapps

      Dash of Amaretto

      Dash of Orange Liqueur

      Dash of Banana Liqueur

      Dash of Pineapple Juice

      Dash of Cranberry Juice

      Shake.

      Strain into a chilled glass.

      Garnish with lemon.

      BERTA

      In a serving tall glass:

      2 oz Tequila

      2 oz Honey

      1 oz Lime Juice

      Stir until evenly consistent

      Fill with ice (optional).

      Fill with soda water.

      Garnish with lime.

      BETSY ROSS

      Fill a mixing glass with ice.

      1 oz Brandy

      1 oz Port (any one)

      1/2 oz triple Sec

      Dash of Angostura Bitters

      Stir.

      Strain into chilled glass.

      BETWEEN THE SHEETS

      Fill a mixing glass with ice.

      1 oz Rum or Citrus Rum or

      Orange Rum

      1 oz Cognac or Brandy

      1 oz Triple Sec

      Dash of Sour Mix

      Shake.

      Stran into chilled glass.

      Garnish with lime.

      1 oz 100-proof Cinnamon Schnapps (bottom)

      1 oz Jagermeister (top)

      BIBLE BELT

      Fill a mixing glass with ice.

      2 oz Bourborn or

      Southern Comfort

      1 oz Triple Sec

      2 oz sweetened Lime Guice

      2 oz Sour Mix

      Shake.

      Rim glass with Powdered Sugar.

      Garnish with lemon.

      BIG BAMBOO

      Fill a mixing glass with ice.

      2 oz 151-proof Rum

      1 oz Dark Rum

      1/4 oz Triple Sec

      2 oz Orange Juice

      2 oz Pineapple Juice

      1/2 oz Sugar Syrup

      Shake.

      Strain into 3 or 4 shot glasses.

      BIG DADDY

      Fill a serving tall glass with ice.

      1/2 oz Vodka or Citrus Vodka

      1/2 oz Rum or Citrus Rum

      1/2 oz Tequila

      1/2 oz Whisky

      Fill with lemon-lime soda.
