      Shake.

      Strain into chilled glass.

      BARBARY COAST

      Fill a serving tall glass with ice.

      1/2 oz Rum or Spiced Rum

      1/2 oz Gin

      1/2 oz Scotch

      1/2 oz White Creme de Cacao or White Creme de Menthe

      Serve or Strain into chilled glass.

      Garnish with lime.

      BARRACUDA

      Fill a serving tall glass with ice.

      1 oz Amber Rum

      1 oz Light Rum

      1/2 oz Galliano

      Dash of fresh Lime Juice

      1/2 tsp Powdered Sugar

      2 oz Pineapple juice

      Shake.

      Top with Champagne.

      1/2 oz Melon Liqueur

      Shake.

      Fill a serving tall glass with ice.

      1 1/2 oz Rum or Citrus Rum

      1/2 oz Blue Curacao

      Fill with red Energy drink

      BATIDA

      Fill a serving tall glass with ice.

      2 oz Cachaca

      Dash of Light Cream

      4 oz desired fresh flavoring:

      (Soursop, Cupuasu, Cream of Coconut, Mango, Passion Fruit,

      Pineapple, Papaya)

      1 tsp Superfine Sugar (optional)

      Shake.

      BATIDA (frozen)

      In blender:

      1 cup of ice

      2 oz Cachaca

      Dash of Condensed Milk or Light Cream

      4 oz desired fresh flavoring:

      (Soursop, Cupuasu, Cream of Coconut, Mango,

      Passion Fruit, Pineapple, Papaya)

      1 tsp Superfine Sugar (optional)

      Blend until smooth.

      BATTERED BRUISED and BLEEDING (floater)

      3/4 oz Grenadine (bottom)

      3/4 oz Melon Liqueur

      3/4 oz Blue Curacao (top)

      BAVARIAN COFFEE

      1 oz Peppermint Schnapps

      1 oz Coffee Liqueur

      Fill with Hot black coffee.

      Top with whipped cream.

      BAVARIAN ICED TEA

      In a serving tall glass:

      1 tsp Honey

      1 oz fresh Lemon Juice

      Stir. Then fill glass with ice.

      2 oz Vodka

      1 oz Barenjager

      Fill with unsweetened iced tea.

      Garnish with lemon.

      BAY BREEZE

      Fill a serving glass with ice.

      2 oz Vodka

      Fill with equal parts cranberry and pineapple juice.

      Garnish with lime.

      1 oz Banana Liqueur

      Dash of Grenadine

      Shake.

      Strain into a shot glass.

      Top with a whipped cream.

      BEER MILKSHAKE

      In blender:

      1/2 cup of ice.

      6 oz disaired beer

      (suggestions: Porter, Stout, Pale Ale, Scotch Ale…)

      Scoop of disaired Ice Cream

      (suggestions: Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry)

      Dash of flavored Syrup (optional)

      Blend until smooth.

      if too thick, add beer…

      if too thin, add ice cream…
