      Аннотация. Говоря же о землетрясениях и энергетике, возникает весьма интересный вопрос: «Можно ли получить энергию из землетрясения?». Отвечая на него важно учесть, что всё дело в Земле, она крайне нестабильна. Да, это действительно так и это фиксирует любой даже самый обычный датчик. Но возникает вопрос, можно ли каким-то образом возбуждать подобные колебания?

      Annotation. Speaking about earthquakes and energy, a very interesting question arises: «Is it possible to get energy from an earthquake?». But the question arises, is it possible to somehow excite such fluctuations?
