The whole reason for this book is having your own strategies. Someone might read this book and think, ‘That won't work for me, but I do like that other idea, so I'll use that.’ And that is great. If you take only one idea away and it helps you, then job done, because every idea and strategy won't fit or suit every person or situation. We need to find our own go-to mechanisms. What do we do in this scenario? Where do we go? We need our own personal plans and this plan would include having that network around you. That network is like the net that catches you when you are going through the motions of difficulty. Perhaps this book can be part of that safety net.
