Zudem wen ein Smoothie Milch enthält und du keine Milch verträgst oder aus anderen Gründe Keine Milchprodukte Konsumiert kannst du sie jederzeit durch Pflanzliche Ersatzprodukte wie zum Beispiel Soja/Kokos/Hafer/Mandeljoghurt oder diverse Pflanzenmilch Sorten diese ersetzten.
