am at this moment sitting on a chair typing on my laptop, I am completely disconnected from the source, years ago I would have been sitting in a park writing on paper and allowing the flow within an environment that would nurture me and keep me free from all energy depleting and tiring demands on my body.

      Because I am aware of this I often write outside for inspiration and then just transfer what I have written at a later date.

      We talk on mobile phones continually that are receiving a signal that just plays havoc with our personal energy fields and our ability to heal our bodies is greatly diminished.

      We all have to take charge of our lives, Our body is our temple to carry us on this journey. Understanding how it is affected by what we do will enable us to live a wonderful healthful abundant life.
