save as may be taken through the vegetable forces, save where individuals have so laxed themselves as to require or need that which will make for an even balance of same.

       Reading 364–5

      (Q) Explain the information given regarding Amilius [?], who first noted the separation of the peoples into male and female, as it relates to the story in the Bible of Adam and Eve, in the Garden of Eden giving the name of the symbols Adam, Eve, the apple, and the serpent.

      (A) This would require a whole period of a lecture period for this alone; for, as is seen, that as is given is the presentation of a teacher of a peoples that separated for that definite purpose of keeping alive in the minds, the hearts, the soul minds of entities, that there may be seen their closer relationship to the divine influences of Creative Forces, that brought into being all that appertains to man’s indwelling as man in the form of flesh in this material world. These are presented in symbols of that thought as held by those peoples from whom the physical recorder took those records as compiled, with that gained by himself in and through the entering into that state where the entity’s soul mind drew upon the records that are made by the passing of time itself in a material world. As given, these are records not only of the nature as has been termed or called akashic records (that is, of a mental or soul record), but that in a more material nature as set down in stone, that was attempted to be done—has been attempted to be done throughout all time! Why does man now set in stone those that are representatives of that desired to be kept in mind by those making records for future generations? There are many more materials more lasting, as is known to many. In the records, then, as this: There are, as seen, the records made by the man in the mount, that this Amilius [?]—Adam, as given—first discerned that from himself, not of the beasts about him, could be drawn—was drawn—that which made for the propagation of beings in the flesh, that made for that companionship as seen by creation in the material worlds about same. The story, the tale (if chosen to be called such), is one and the same. The apple, as ‘the apple of the eye’, the desire of that companionship innate in that created, as innate in the Creator, that brought companionship into the creation itself. Get that one! In this there comes, then, that which is set before that created—or having taken on that form, able of projecting itself in whatever direction it chose to take, as given; able to make itself of that environ, in color, in harmony, in whatever source that makes for the spirit of that man would attempt to project in music, in art, in any form that may even be conceivable to the mind itself in what may be termed its most lucid moments, in its most esoteric moments, in its highest animation moments; for were He not the son of the living God made manifest, that He might be the companion in a made world, in material manifested things, with the injunction to subdue all, bring all in the material things under subjection—all under subjection—by that ability to project itself in its way? knowing itself, as given, to be a portion of the whole, in, through, of, by the whole? In this desire, then, keep—as the injunction was—thine self separate: of that seen, but not that seen. The apple, then, that desire for that which made for the associations that bring carnal-minded influences of that brought as sex influence, known in a material world, and the partaking of same is that which brought the influence in the lives of that in the symbol of the serpent, that made for that which creates the desire that may be only satisfied in gratification of carnal forces, as partake of the world and its influences about same—rather than of the spiritual emanations from which it has its source. Will control—inability of will control, if we may put it in common parlance.

      (Q) What is meant by automatons who labored in that experience? Were they individual souls developing, or was it spiritual evolution?

      (A) Both, and neither. They were the offspring of the Sons of God with the Daughters of Men, or vice versa.

       Reading 137–12

      (Q) It is given in the horoscope reading, the entity’s first appearance on earth was when the Sons of God came together to reason in the elements as to the appearance of man in physical on earth’s plane. Explain what is meant by the Sons of God and how they came to reason about man’s appearance on earth.

      (A) In the evolution of those conditions relating to the development upon earth’s plane, and the time came for the dwelling of man in physical forces, the Sons of God came together. As is given, in the beginning was the Word, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning. All those forces that, co-related, make the Universal Forces in the spheres about the earth were brought together, as in one. This entity, in its present earth plane, one among that sphere, and able in the present sphere (earth plane) to co-relate through that Divine in the entity to manifest such conditions in an earth plane. As this force, then, became manifested in the earth’s forces (material forces), this entity became one manifest in the flesh, presently known in flesh as [137]. These conditions, as we find, come with those relative forces of the spirit manifest in the spirit.

      Evolution

       Reading 1479–1

For it is ever, in the evolution of man in materiality, here a little, there a little, line upon line, precept upon precept. For He is mindful and hath not willed that any soul should perish, but has with every affliction, with every disturbance, with every disappointment prepared a way, a means for a helpful experience, if the entity, the soul, will but look up, lift up the eyes to the hill—yea to the tabernacle within self—for that healing that comes to every heart, every soul.

       Reading 3189–2

In analyzing the urges that have prompted the individual entity many things or conditions enter therein. The premise from which this information is drawn as it is a part of the record upon time, is that very influence as related one to another, even as man in the elements of the body is of the earth-earthy. For, it was made from that which was already a part of God’s evolution. Thus the physical body is oft subject to those things and influences, those related things. Thus in the physical body radiation, water and mind urge, play an important part. The entity may thus so raise the consciousness of the mental and spiritual self as has been the experience at times of this entity, to “put away” or overcome those influences that may have been about the urge. For, the law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul. This is truly applicable here.

       Reading 2271–1

For, the experience or sojourn in the earth is not by chance, but the natural spiritual and soul evolution of the entity; that it may be aware of its relationships to God—through its relationships to its fellow men; recognizing in each soul, as well as in self, those possibilities, those opportunities, those duties, those obligations that are a portion of each soul-entity’s manifesting in a material plane.

      (Q) Definition of the word evolution with reference to the human family:

      (A) Evolution with reference to the human family. Evolution is, as commonly understood by the human family, and upon which there has been much discussion by many peoples, and the question has become one that involves many different phases and meanings to many peoples. Evolution is as reference. In reference to the human family, means rather resuscitation of those forces that have gradually brought man to understand the law of self from within, and by understanding such law has brought the better force in man to bring about the gradual change that has come to man, known through all the ages.

Man was made as man. There was, there is, as we find, only three of the creations as is given, matter, force and mind. In each we find that, in the forces as is developed into the conditions, as we find at the present time. All flesh is not of one flesh, but
