      This academic work is the first monographic study dedicated to the legal nature and legal forms of organization of coordination of economic activities in the Russian legal framework. In this work, a new and original theoretical concept of private law control is justified; conclusions about the possibility of applying the method of legal subordination in private law relations are substantiated; the criteria of systematization of legal forms mediating the processes of market coordination of economic activities are elaborated; the main legal models on which the coordination of economic activities is based on in the economic exchange are analyzed; the mechanisms of legal regulation of each of the legal grounds of coordination of economic activities are thoroughly studied; the drawbacks of the current legislation in this field are identified and the main vectors of its possible improvement are defined.

      This monograph can be useful for bachelors and masters, graduate students and professors of universities, practicing lawyers in the field of competition law, corporate lawyers, staff of the antimonopoly authority and judges.
