Основные направления современной психотерапии. Коллектив авторов

Хенри (Henry, 1996): САСП позволяет операционализировать психодинамические конструкты и понятия таким образом, что они становятся доступны для исследования в рамках принципа конгруэнтности «проблемы лечения и результата». Это открывает путь к сопоставлению различных видов психотерапии, к построению интегративной модели психотерапии и в конечном итоге – к пониманию механизмов изменений пациентов и к возрастанию эффективности и успешности психотерапевтического воздействия в целом.

      Мы надеемся, наш краткий обзор исследований по психотерапии позволяет читателю прийти к заключению, что психотерапевтическая деятельность в целом становится предметом изучения фундаментальной науки – общей психологии, клинической психологии, психолингвистики. В то же время в среде психотерапевтов-клиницистов исследовательская работа часто воспринимается как нечто чуждое самому искусству психотерапии, гармонию которого невозможно «поверить алгеброй». Подобное отношение к научному исследованию достойно сожаления, и остается только уповать, что большая информированность о проводимых исследованиях поможет изменить сложившийся стереотип.
