      This book is dedicated to my late friend, Heather Lee Martin. With her beloved Jack Russell Terrier pup, Anna Bell (Anna Bell Marie when the little dog was misbehaving), Heather selflessly offered help, companionship, and a sympathetic ear. Shown here atop the Empire State Building, the world lost a fine person with her passing in 2016. Embrace and appreciate those you care for and love as often as possible; life can be fleeting.
