Opening playing variants against various defense systems
Apart from individual technical and tactical skills, practicing different systems of cooperation may be useful to structure the offense play and force the defense to move in order to score a goal.
This textbook gives detailed step-by-step descriptions of initial actions and possible options for continuous playing against different defense systems. The playing variants aim at creating situations through team play in which the players are able to eventually shoot at the goal. If this is not possible because the defense players are very well-positioned, there are various continuous playing and subsequent shooting options explained in this book.
The first chapter initially deals with simple cooperations such as crossings, parallel piston movements, and interactions with the pivot – the essential building blocks for many of the subsequent 6-on-6 playing variants. In the other chapters, we will present examples of how to overcome passive and active defense cooperations.
A lot of the opening playing variants can be modified and used against other defense systems as well. It would be ideal, however, if the players practiced their decision-making processes in such a way that they are capable to react to changing situations and to adapt their playing creatively. This way, playing variants could be modified and extended spontaneously and lead to new shooting options over and over.
Part E deals with fast break playing options and playing options following a fast throw-off. The two last chapters focus on offense play against outnumbered defense systems, whereas the main focus will be on playing with an additional field player (goalkeeper substitution) and playing a subsequent attack in numerical superiority with a seventh field player following a time penalty against the defending team.

Con un estilo ameno y riguroso, Jeff Bowles guía al lector en una interesante trama de hechos científicos y experiencias personales derivadas de sus «peligrosos» experimentos. Él mismo explica en sus páginas el porqué de este libro: «Cuando comprendí que 4.000 UI diarias no eran suficientes para mí, decidí someterme a un “peligroso” experimento, desoyendo el consejo médico que tantas veces había escuchado en años anteriores: “tomar demasiada vitamina D es peligroso”. Cuando nuestras reservas de vitamina D3 escasean, nuestro cuerpo comienza a prepararse para un periodo de hibernación comiendo desmedidamente, ralentizándonos para ahorrar energía e incluso provocando depresiones para evitar que salgamos de casa. De hecho, la disminución del nivel de vitamina D3 es precisamente la señal que indica a un oso que ha llegado el momento de hibernar. Si el cuerpo espera una escasez de recursos —lo que antaño era frecuente en invierno—, de modo natural comienza a preservarlos para más adelante. Esto desencadena un fenómeno que he denominado el “síndrome de reparación incompleta” y que es responsable de la mayoría de las enfermedades humanas, exceptuando las causadas por mutaciones genéticas espontáneas o por el envejecimiento. Con altas dosis de vitamina D3 puede tratarse un gran número de dolencias: esclerosis múltiple, asma, 17 tipos de cáncer, lupus, artritis, trastornos cardiacos, obesidad, depresión, párkinson y muchas más. La mayoría de los médicos estudia varios años y después se dedica a aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos en lugar de seguir aprendiendo. En cambio, yo he dedicado más de veinte años al estudio de las enfermedades y el proceso de envejecimiento; durante diez años pasé doce horas diarias en la biblioteca de la facultad de medicina revisando estudios clínicos y trabajos científicos. He publicado tres artículos científicos importantes en una revista especializada que cuenta con cinco Premios Nobel en su equipo de redacción. The objective of the Holy Bible, the Sacred Scriptures, 27th edition, volume III, is to revoke all falsifications in today's Bibles known so far (the New Testament), and to restore the original state of the verses as far as possible. In the course of his professional development, he used to be a freelancer but was also officially employed; he has experienced a lot rises and falls throughout his life. While studying the Scriptures, he was led by the Spirit of the only God, the Almighty and the only Holy Father in heaven, whereas, by grace, he could recognize many things that are now presented as heresies to the world. In recent years he has been active in the proclamation of the Word of God in Europe, particularly in Brazil (South America), and has enlightened many people by his message, so that they get to know the true God, His holy name and His will and only obey Him – and start to think about all this, i. e. «so that they finally decide themselves in favour of the living God, instead of against Him, and their names are not erased from the divine 'Book of Life' forever.»
