В работе на основе обзора теоретических и эмпирических исследований независимости ЦБ оценивается независимость центральных банков стран – республик бывшего СССР, включая РФ, а также стран Восточной Европы. Проведен анализ на предмет существования связи между независимостью и такими основными экономическими показателями, как инфляция, экономическая активность, бюджетный дефицит.
Анализ правил денежно-кредитной политики Банка России в 1999–2007 гг.
Целью данной работы является выявление фактических целей органов денежно-кредитного регулирования РФ, а также правила, в соответствии с которым действует Банк России на периоде с 1999 г. по 2007 г. Выявление такого правила является актуальной задачей экономических исследований, так как знание правила, в соответствии с которым центральный банк реагирует на изменение условий функционирования экономики, позволяет лучше понимать и прогнозировать экономические процессы в стране.
Гистерезис в динамике структуры банковских вкладов: исследование для стран СНГ
Целью исследования является моделирование динамики валютной структуры банковских депозитов с учетом явления гистерезиса, а также сопоставления по масштабам присутствия и сравнительной динамике данного эффекта в экономиках России и стран СНГ. В работе проведено моделирование динамики валютной структуры банковских депозитов в зависимости от изменения процентных ставок и движения обменных курсов в 1998–2007 годах. Предложенная базовая модель была расширена с целью учета явления гистерезиса (несимметричности влияния позитивных и негативных шоков) на структуру депозитов. Представленная работа может быть полезной при разработке макроэкономической и денежно-кредитной политики, поскольку на основании полученных в ней количественных результатов можно уточнять оценки последствий действий властей на динамику структуры банковских депозитов в Армении, Казахстане и России.
Анализ трансмиссионных механизмов денежно-кредитной политики в российской экономике
Данное исследование посвящено изучению механизмов денежной трансмиссии в российской экономике на основе эконометрического анализа макроданных, а также данных по балансам коммерческих банков. Авторы показали, что за последние несколько лет большую роль стали играть канал банковского кредитования и канал богатства домохозяйств, что отражает возросшую роль банковской системы в финансировании реального сектора и формировании потребительского спроса.
Факторы устойчивости российских банков в 2007–2009 гг.
Работа посвящена выявлению основных факторов, определявших возникновение проблем у отдельных российских банков в кризис 2008–2009 гг. Как и в большинстве подобных исследований, решение этой задачи в работе осуществляется с помощью построения бинарных вероятностных моделей, оцененных на данных банковской отчетности и макроэкономической статистики.
