Ziggy is the best-known and most successful of Bob Marley's children. The approximately 50 recipes included in the book are from Ziggy, Bob Marley, Rita Marley, Karen Marley, Orly Marley, as well as celebrity chefs Bruce Sherman, Ben Ford, and Douglas Rodriguez. The book will be full-color, with approximately 40 gorgeous photographs. The book has a major emphasis on HEALTH. The basic idea of the book is taking the food of Ziggy's childhood and recreating it with healthier 21st-century ingredients. In 2013 Ziggy started a company called Ziggy Marley Organics, which offers a popular line of hempseeds and coconut oils, both of which are important ingredients in Jamaican food. All the flavors they offer are organic and kosher, and nothing is genetically modified. Ziggy has done a lot of high-profile music for children and families, including two albums and perhaps most famously, he sings «Believe in Yourself,» the theme song for the hit kids TV show Arthur, which is watched daily by millions of children.
