Der Eurocode 2 fur den Beton-, Stahlbeton- und Spannbetonbau wurde zusammen mit anderen Eurocodes zum Stichtag 1. Juli 2012 in Deutschland bauaufsichtlich eingefuhrt. Der Teil DIN EN 1992-1-1: «Eurocode 2 – Bemessung und Konstruktion von Stahlbeton- und Spannbetontragwerken – Teil 1-1: Allgemeine Bemessungsregeln und Regeln fur den Hochbau» mit dem dazugehorigen Nationalen Anhang loste damit die fruhere nationale Norm fur die Tragwerksplanung im Betonbau DIN 1045-1 ab. Die mit dieser «Kommentierten Fassung» vorgelegte Aufbereitung des Eurocodes 2 soll den in der Praxis tatigen Tragwerksplanern vor allem die Einarbeitung in das neue europaische Regelwerk und die tagliche Arbeit damit erleichtern. Hierzu wurden in einem Normenteil der Text von DIN EN 1992-1-1 und die dazugehorigen Festlegungen im Nationalen Anhang fur Deutschland zusammengefuhrt und zu einer konsolidierten Fassung verwoben und redaktionell uberarbeitet. Alle nationalen Regeln wurden nicht nur in den Text eingearbeitet, sondern auch in Bilder, Gleichungen und Tabellen, und durch eine Unterlegung kenntlich gemacht. Uberflussige Textteile von EN 1992-1-1, wie Anmerkungen, die durch nationale Regeln ersetzt wurden, oder Absatze und Anhange, die in Deutschland nicht gelten, wurden entfernt. So kann sich der Leser auf den ma?gebenden Normentext konzentrieren. Begleitet wird der konsolidierte Normentext in einer Hinweisspalte durch hilfreiche Verweise, Grafiken, Tabellen und kurze Erlauterungen, so dass sich der Leser schneller und einfacher zurechtfinden kann.
