В монографии предложен комплексный подход к оценке и управлению деловой репутацией (гудвилла) предприятий черной металлургии. Авторами исследована сущность и систематизированы классификационные признаки нематериальных активов, детально проанализированы методы и инструментарий как количественной, так и качественной (экспертной) оценки гудвилла, как важнейшей их (нематериальных активов) составляющей, получившие распространение в теории и на практике. Разработаны оригинальные методы оценки деловой репутации металлургических предприятий и предложены модели ее управления в долгосрочной перспективе как для публичных, так и непубличных компаний. Сформулированы рекомендации по внедрению модели управления деловой репутацией на металлургических предприятии на основе детального описания необходимых процедур. Дана оценка степени влияния стоимости деловой репутации на результативность протекающих на металлургических предприятиях бизнес-процессов. Расчеты выполнены на примере как крупнейших российских, так и зарубежных предприятий черной металлургии. Монография может быть полезна магистрантам и аспирантам, обучающимся по направлению подготовки 38.04.01 «Экономика», а также практическим работникам экономической и финансовой служб металлургических предприятий.

This book helps advance process safety in a key area of interest. Currently, no literature exists which is solely dedicated to process safety for the bioprocessing industry. There are texts, guidelines, and standards on biosafety at the laboratory level and for industrial hygiene, but no guidelines for large-scale production facilities. In fact, biosafety is largely defined as a field that promotes safe laboratory practices, procedures and use of containment equipment and facilities. Additionally, biomedical engineers, biologists, or other professionals without chemical engineering training or knowledge of inherently safe design are designing many of these facilities.
