BRANDY HUMMER (frozen)
In blender:
1/2 cup of ice.
1 oz Brandy
1 oz Coffee Liqueur
Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream
Blend until smooth.
if too thick, add milk or cream…
if too thin, add ice or ice cream…
Garnish with cherry.
BRANDY MILK PUNCH
In a serving glass:
2 oz Brandy
1 tsp Sugar or Sugar Syrup
Fill with milk or cream.
Shake.
BRASS MONKEY
Fill a serving tall glass with ice.
1 oz Vodka or Citrus Vodka
1 oz Rum or Citrus Rum
Fill with orange juice.
Garnish with orange.
BRASS MONKEY 2
Fill a serving tall glass 3/4 with Malt Liqueur
Fill the remainder with orange juice.
NOTE: Street drinks often made in juice cartons
BULL
Fill a mixing glass with ice.
1 1/2 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur
Stir.
Strain into shot glass.
BRAVE COW
Fill a short glass with ice.
3 1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur.
Stir.
Serve or strain into chilled glass.
BRAZILIAN COFFEE
3/4 oz Coffee Liqueur
3/4 oz Brandy
3/4 oz Orange Liqueur
Fill with hot black coffee.
Top with whipped cream.
Sprinkle with brown sugar on top.
BRAZILIAN COFFEE 2
In blender:
1 cup of ice.
2 oz Cachaca or Pinga
Dash of Cream
1 tsp Sugar
Double Espresso or Cup of drip Coffee.
Blend until smooth.
Top with whipped cream.
Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
BRIGHTON PUNCH
Fill a servingtall glass with ice.
3/4 oz Brandy
3/4 oz benedictine
3/4 oz Bourbon
Fill with equal parts sour mix and orange juice.
Shake.
Top with soda water.
BROADWAY
Fill serving tall glass 3/4 beer.
Fill rest with cola.
BROKEN DOWN GOLF CART
Fill a mixing glass with ice.
1 oz Vodka or Melon Liqueur
1 oz Amaretto
1 oz Cranberry Juice
Shake.
Strain into shot glass.
BROKEN HEART
Fill a serving glass with ice.
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Black Raspberry Liqueur
Dash of Grenadine
Fill with orange juice.
Shake.
BRONCO COCTAIL (wine glass)
Fill a wine glass with ice.
1 oz Orange Liqueur
2 oz Orange Soda
Fill with champagne.
Garnish with orange.
BRONX COCTAIL (Champagne/coctail glass)
Fill mixing glass with ice.
2 oz Gin
3/4 oz Dry Vermouth
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 oz Orange Juice
Shake.
Strain into coctail shell.
Garnish with lemon twist or lime.
BROWN COW
In a large wide mouth glass:
2 tbsp Chocolate Syrup
Fill 1/2 with Root beer or Cola
1 or 2 scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream
Top with Root beer
Add long spoon, straw.
Top with whipped cream and chocolate candy (optional)
BROWN SQUIRREL
Fill a mixing glass with ice.
1 oz Amaretto
1 oz Dark Creme de Cacao
1 oz Cream or milk.
Shake.
Strain into chilled glass.
BROWN SQUIRREL (frozen)
In blender:
1/2 cup of ice.
1 oz Amaretto
3/4 oz Dark Creme de Cacao
Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream
Dash of Milk.
Blend untill smoth.
if too thick, add milk…
if too thin, add ice or ice cream…
Garnish with cherry.

Fill short glass with ice.
1 1/2 oz B&B
1/2 oz White Creme de Menthe
BUBBLE GUM
Fill a mixing glass with ice.
1 oz Vodka or Banana Vodka
NOTE: if using Banana Vodka, do not add Banana Liqueur
1 oz Southern Comfort
1 oz Banana Liqueur
Dash of Grenadine
1 oz Cream
Shake.
Strain into chilled glass.
Garnish with bubble gum stick
