    On the rooftops of Paris, on a moonlit night, Bollino, a wise, conformist owl, and Daky, a lazy, eccentric bat, embark on a dangerous adventure to help a small girl. A picture book. Daki, a lazy and eccentric bat, abandoned by his fellow bats, and Bollino, a wise, conformist owl, left with no friends after taking Daki’s side, live in Paris on a beam of the Eiffel Tower, they have chosen as their home. Bollino found this safe spot for both of them. On a night with a clear and silvery moon, Daki tries to convince his friend to search the rooftops of an infamous area of the city, but Bollino, who is afraid to meet bad characters, is not easily convinced. In the end, however, in the name of friendship, he agrees to follow Daki to a very poor area, with houses with cracked walls and crumbling chimneys, where the bat, some time before, had flown into the attic, intrigued by a little girl. They both fly there to spy on her, watching her in her sleep. When they decide to fly back home, they realize the building where the child lives is on fire. At that hour, on the rooftops, people are asleep and don’t see the building going up in flames. How can they save the little girl? One of the two throws himself in danger risking his own life, while the other waits for him in vain. But…

    Encima de los techos de París, en una noche con luna, Bollino, un búho prudente y conformista, y Daki, un murciélago holgazán y estrafalario, vivirán una peligrosa aventura para ayudar a una pequeña humana. Daki, un murciélago holgazán y estrafalario, abandonado por sus congéneres y Bollino, un búho prudente y conformista que se ha quedado sin amigos por haberlo protegido, viven en París en una viga de la Torre Eiffel, a al que adoptaron como su hogar. Un refugio que Bollino ha encontrado para los dos. Una noche de luna clara y plateada, Daki, intenta convencer al amigo para investigar los tejados de una zona con mala fama de la ciudad, pero Bollino, que teme los encuentros desagradables, no se deja convencer por el murciélago. Finalmente, en nombre de la amistad, acepta acompañarlo a una zona muy pobre, en la que las casas tienen muros agrietados y destartaladas chimeneas y donde el murciélago, tiempo atrás, había entrado en una buhardilla intrigado por una pequeña humana. Y es justo a ella a la que van a espiar juntos, mientras observan cómo duerme. Cuando deciden volver a entrar en la casa se dan cuenta de que en el edificio donde habita la niña se ha desatado un incendio. A esa hora, debajo de los tejados, la gente duerme y no se ha percatado del progreso de las llamas. ¿Cómo harán para salvar a la pequeña humana? Y he aquí que uno de los dos se lanza al peligro arriesgando su vida mientras el otro lo espera en vano. Pero…

    Sur les toits de Paris, lors d’une nuit de pleine lune, Bollino, un hibou prudent et conformiste et Daki, un chauve-souriceau farfelu et paresseux, vont vivre une dangereuse aventure pour venir en aide à un petite humaine. Daki, un chauve-souriceau paresseux et farfelu, abandonné par ses semblables et Bollino, un hibou prudent et conformiste resté sans amis pour l’avoir protégé, vivent à Paris sur une poutre de la Tour Eiffel qu’ils ont choisie comme maison. Un refuge que Bollino a déniché pour eux deux. Lors d’une nuit claire et argentée, Daki, essaie de convaincre son ami d’explorer les toits d’une zone malfamée de la ville mais Bollino, qui craint de faire de mauvaises rencontres, ne se laisse pas convaincre par le chauve-souriceau. A la fin, cependant, au nom de l’amitié, il consent à le suivre vers une zone très pauvre, où les maisons ont des murs décrépis et des cheminées en ruine et où, le jeune chauve-souris, un peu de temps avant, était entré dans une mansarde intrigué par une petite humaine. Et c’est elle qu’ils vont encore une fois tous deux épier, restant là à l’observer pendant qu’elle dort. Quand ils décident de rentrer chez eux, ils se rendent compte que justement dans l’immeuble où vit la fillette, s’est propagé un incendie. A cette heure-là, sous les toits, les gens dorment et ne se rendent pas compte de l’avancée des flammes. Comment faire pour sauver la petite humaine ? Voilà qu’un des deux risque le tout pour le tout, sa vie en premier, tandis que l’autre va l’attendre en vain. Mais…
